When i logged on the 1x realm, i got a pop up window that said something about xp rate, and other stuff which my client only interpreted as ???. It had 3 options, can someone explain what those were?

This pop up is a poll. The topic is "x2 exp for killing mobs/questing enabled every weekend (sat-sun)". You can return x1 by typing ".xp rate 1" even if x2 is enabled.
You can choose among the following options via ingame poll:
1. Support this idea.
2. Against it.
3. I don't care.
