During the last week ~330 bonuses dissapeared
Dear Administration,
For the last 4 years, I was not a frequent user of the bonus services of wowcircle, however, from time to time I was voting for the server getting 8 bonuses before and 4 now each day. Altogether I had accumulated around 400 bonuses mainly from more than a year ago. Nevertheless, recently I started using the VIP account for the x1 server and depleting the accumulated bonuses. It went down to 394 (I think) as of last week.
Today I logged into my personal account to buy the VIP again, but to my surprise, I had almost none of the bonuses left - 63. The history of the bonuses shows nothing, the loyalty system shows some weird numbers that were not there before (please see the attachment) - no trace of were the bonuses went. Could you please take a look at what happened and give the bonuses back? If not, could you please at least explain what happened? If it is a security issue I could take some precautionary actions.
Also, the loyalty bonuses/ programme does not work for some reason. In-game mail state the bonuses were added but nothing changed in the account.
