Training grounds quest masters don't speak!!!

I can take the "begin your training" quest but Master Cheng or any other master doesn't say anything when I click on their chat bubbles.
I tried with two different monk characters, same problem.

write in the wrong section, here about abilities and talents, you are in the quest section
