World quests do not appear

I can see the world quests in the broken isles on my maps.
But they do not appear in the minimaps, and when I arrive there, there is no talking head, no reward for completing the quests :(

I think it was the RECOUNT addon that was causing this.. I disabled it and I can see and do the world quests..
