Pre quests to bfa not working

Hello everyone,

I was in Stormwind when I received a quest from the king, to talk to Matthias Shaw and then go to a boat that will lead me to the Battle of Lordaeron. I'm lvl 110.

Once on the boat, the npc wouldn't launch the quest, so following the advice of some players, I quit the quest to take it back, relogged : it never shows up again, I just can't have it back.

Anyone could help please ? Or tell me how to start bfa content without forgetting something important ? Cause I'm really stuck right now

Delete your Cache folder. When you accept the quest for Battle of Lordaeron - skip it using option as if you've already done this.

Thank you for your answer ! I did delete cache many times but I never had the quest back even once. I tried going to boralus through Stormwind portal, and my quest log says I can jump to the quest "Get Your Bearings" now, but I just can't find the npc yet its ! is displayed on map (i checked wowhead for exact location etc).

Can I please get some help ? I'm stuck since hours now, i don't know if I should wait, or try bypassing the campaign and go 120 without the storyline (that could lead to an incomplete or bugged end game or i don't know).
