[BfA] Unable to go to Argus

Hi! :)
When I was leveling my character, I got the quest to visit Argus and do the quests there. But I decided to continue my leveling with BfA content, so I abandoned the Legion Argus introductory quest line = that means that I didn't unlock the beacon (Krasus' Landing) in Legion Dalaran to transport me there. I tried another way, and this troubles me the most: I should be able to reach Argus if I went to Stormwind City docks, found Vereesa Windrunner on a dock/ship and asked her to teleport me. Vereesa is there, but unfortunately falls from the sky into the water and isn't clickable.
Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance!
