Phone bind issues New

I thank you so much for your assistance, so I'm able to get a call to come through now, but i it's in a format that doesn't make sense for what the control panel is asking, i put in the last 4 of the number that calls me, but it says it's in correct or old, I keep trying every 15 minutes hoping it'll work but i feel like im still broken. the number comes in as a ###-#/###-###-##. So i keep trying the the marked section here, ###-#/###-#[##-##]

Phone binding does not work, and when it will work again is still unknown.
Work is underway to find a new service provider

So what about the rewards for in-game time-based rewards im missing out...

Until the binding for your country works, there will be no additional rewards, respectively.
