Furious Gladiator's War Edge: where is it?

I can't find the Furious Gladiator's War Edge (thrown weapon). Has it been removed?
NPCs sell only the Wrathful and the Relentless ones.

Why are there all the furious weapons but the thrown?

It is not available, yes, and in fact it was removed in 3.2

I don' get the why blizzard decided to remove the furious thrown except the wrathful and relentless one.
Do you remember why they decided so?

I know that now, years later, there is no point in knowing, but it's just out of curiosity.
