Due to a server crash, I have lost the campaign transmog for my weapon

Shortly after completing the demon hunter campaign, the server crashed and I lost the artifact weapon transmog and 1k AP. How can I retrieve the transmog if I no longer have the campaign quest? I still have the class title... https://ibb.co/5rFf9Yh
