Account Banned (Bot)

hi.. i would like to appeal my 2 accounts banned.. mykgaming10th@gmail.com and mykgaming11th@gmail.com.
i go to dungeon to farm mount using 2 characters open at the same time.. and i got banned says Bot..
i dont knw what did i do.. or 2 clients or dual client is not permited.. i did not use any third party nor i used any automatic system in the game.. please help ..
