https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10960/when-i-grow-up is the quest given by the blood elf orphan, however it has been removed in the versions of the BC expansion, and so has been Lady Liadrin from the paladin trainer's house - the quest cannot be completed, and thus the Children's week questline for Shatrath city. The same issue was present last year.
The correct quest should be https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=11...when-i-grow-up.
