Donated and tried to buy gold

Hi, last night i bought bonuses through donation by payment card. And then tried to buy gold through services but i did not get any gold.

I have now tried buying 2 x 10000 gold, and also a weapon through services and i haven't get anything.

The only thing that worked was when i was buying honor points.

Can support or admin or gamemaster help me solve this? I followed all the steps but still it did not work.

First time = 10 000 gold (was online)

Second time = 10 000 Honor points (was offline)

Second time = 10 000 gold (was offline + deleted cache and wtf folders)

Fourth time = Weapon (was offline)

Go into the game, spend 15 minutes in it, then check the mail in the game.
