Legion raids not working in BFA 8.3.5

Hi, I'm playing bfa 8.3.5 and I was just running dungeons and raids from older expansions

I tried to enter the Legion raids (emerald nightmare, trial of valor, nighthold, tomb of sargeras and antorus) but the instance portal that should teleport me to the raid doesn't work, it doesn't do anything when I touch it

Is there some pre-requisite I don't know to unlock these or they are just bugged??

Btw, grimrail depot and shadowmoon burial grounds dungeons from warlords of draenor also doesn't work
