Can't enter legion and BFA raids

Hi, I'm playing bfa x11 and I was just running dungeons and raids from older expansions

I tried to enter the Legion raids (emerald nightmare, trial of valor, nighthold, tomb of sargeras and antorus) but the instance portal that should teleport me inside the raid doesn't work, it doesn't do anything when I touch it.

BFA raids also doesn't work, is there some pre-requisite I don't know to unlock these or they are just bugged??

Btw, grimrail depot and shadowmoon burial grounds dungeons from warlords of draenor also doesn't work

All other dungeons and raids from older expansions work fine as I have tried every single one of them.
