Big problem with the character shop icons on the website
Hello, i've bought a Monk on BFA by mistake because the icons doesn't exactly show what char is which and i wanted a demon hunter the gear was exact as for DH but when i logged in it showed up as Monk.. there is no refund as far as i got to know from a gm so i donated and bought that time a Demon hunter for 4000 BP.. so i actually wasted 1k+ BP for the monk that i could change the faction and the name of the dh for it in fact i wasted all my money i had and i can't change it anymore or donate more.. is there a possibility and could you be maybe nice and help me out and give me atleast faction or name change? it wasn't really my fault that the icons are a bit broken i really hope for some help.. i tried to make a ticket on discord but it doesn't work and in-game i've got not really helped by..
