Timbermaw Hold quest issue

Greetings everyone.
I'm trying to complete two quests.
First is "The Root of All Evil".

I have gathered both items, and you can see them in the bag. Also I am "Honored" with Timbermaw Hold. Do I have to be exalted in order to complete the quest?

Another such quest is "The Brokering of Peace".
The objective is dead simple - bring stuff to Thrall in Orgrimmar. But I also cannot complete it for some reason.

Asking the community is this a bug, or I for real need to be exalted in order to complete those?

You need to be exalted with Timbermaw Hold.
