- Для Орды должен просто вешаться дебафф: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/ru/spell=8733

Using the "Altar of the Deeps" located behind Aku'mai, will grant you the Blessing of Blackfathom buff (+5 Intellect, +5 Spirit, +15 Frost Damage dealt). The altar used to teleport you to the entrance of Blackfathom Deeps but has since been changed.

The Altar's changed location warps you to Darnassus. As well as giving you the Blessing of Blackfathom for a hour.

After you kill Gelihast, you can touch the shrine behind him to receive a buff. The Blessing of Blackfathom increases your Spirit and Intellect by 5, and also increases the damage of your Frost Spells by 15.
