Login Issues - Website

Playing on BFA if that matters for this.

I have made no changes to my personal account on the main wowcircle.net website, however, my password is no longer working. Upon trying to reset the password, system states I'm putting in the wrong email/username, but it's the same as always.

I was successfully logged in within the last 2 weeks. I was trying to login to unstuck one of my characters.

I haven't received anything in the email listed, nothing in spam/junk folder either. When trying to reset password on the website, I'm afraid I may be experiencing the same issue.

Is it possible to have admins change the email associated with my account in hopes that I can receive automatic emails?
