Entrance to the right from the shore, down the stairs and go clockwise in small cabinet. Respawn - 30sec.

on video druid without quest but object (Staff) exists (with quest it'll be interactible)
Ahh yes, I was looking on the wrong deck. Maybe it was moved in a different patch. Thank you for the help!
