I am writing because there is no Cache of the Legion in Mechanar Tempest Keep dungeon. I checked both, there is no chest on normal and heroic mode.

It's a known issue, just wait for fixes.
А теперь ДБ_Киллеру: в боссах до сих пор лежат два кристалла, которые раньше нужны были для создания ключа к вышеозначенному тайнику. Просьба выпилить их из лута, так как при объединении они всё равно исчезают.
Не думаю что ТС понял смысл второго поста, особо пройдя по ссылке.)
А итемы удалю из дропа.
