3. There is nothing there showing that i am "flying" or anything, its not hard to dismount and cast but then get banned for it? there is no bug used or anything.. All the times people have actual abusers on here and I'm now getting pegged for something that isn't even legit nor fair, I get that a couple weeks back i was using a "bug" on warrior with the heroic leap, but there is nothing wrong here with dismounting and levitating a second later, no where am i seen "flying" people that are "flying" you can see their arms moving as if they are floating or can see their body looking as if it is swimming in water. Here i am still because for 1 it's a screen shot a stopped motion in time, and 2 because i had just dismounted to cast penance after this guy ran away and within halfway of my penance. You can even see in the third picture maybe 1 second later that I had fallen lower.

You didn't fall, and stood in the air, it can be clearly seen in the screenshot, where you use a spell "Smite", which is not used when moving / falling character.
Even if you fly via a random bug, you used it, it falls under item 1.3
