Problem with Quest in Netherstorm 1

First Quest : http://wowroad.info/?quest=10439 ; Dimensius the All-Devouring not work properly. The quest has two main objectives : Killing Dimensius the All-Devouring http://wowroad.info/?npc=19554 and Speaking with Capitan Saeed http://wowroad.info/?npc=20985. Second objective not working, and the quest cannot be finished. This npc http://wowroad.info/?npc=20985 is on the right place, but it's not working properly for talking.
