[EN] I can't log in

Seeking help on international forum takes ages so I post it here.. Basically I can not log in to neither website nor game, I'm getting an error that my e-mail or password is incorrect even if I used it yesterday... I tried to use password remind tool but it says Login/E-mail combination is wrong, but I'm sure it's not... I have the same login / e-mail on this forum... I've checked banned list on my other account but the one I have problem with doesnt appear there... Help please..
