Multifunctional NPC's for solving the technical problems

Sometimes players have a problem with class quests, when they don’t get the reward: item, skill, etc.
We solved this problem by installing the following NPC:
1. For the horde – Saurfang (Orgrimmar, next to the bank)
2. For the Alliance – Ian Drake (Stormwind, next to the auctioneer)
The NPC’s have following functions:
• Solve the problems with double specialisation
• Convert the achievement’s of faction after the faction switch
• Convert the items of the faction after the faction switch
• Reset the reputation
• Get the achievement, which was done but was not counted
