few days ago someone deleted my ashen verdict ring that i bought from web store, so i had 2x ashen on my sham, but then it got deleted, so i created few tickets and after 3tickets i got redirected here to create topic.
The problem is, no one gives me my ring or money back.
so, can i get my money or my ring back? or i got scammed?

Refunds are made recently on the accounts of the players, which was the information in the database.
sorry for my late answer, i did not play since then so i forgot about this.
back to the topic, i didnt got any bonuses for refund, i still have same amount of bonuses as before the ring was deleted. or do you want to tell me that, the ring costs 8bonuses? :D
but i already answered these arguments in my tickets..
That means your operation was not found in the database.
Unfortunately you are not the only one who could not get refund.
