Hey There,
I havent logged for a while, maybe around 1-2 months and when I logged in to my account my characters where deleted. I managed to restore them from the website but whoever deleted them also deleted all my items. I had spend a lot of real money on them and I really would like them back. I will appreciate any help that you can give me. I look forward to hearing from you.
The administration will not return deleted items from ur character to you, there were a lot of similar situations. They always answer like “it's ur fault, u gave the password to others, didn't attach the mail / phone and etc.”. so keep it real and forget, dude.
I think it shouldnt be that difficult to tackle such a situation especially for someone who has donated so much to the server. The phone binding system is outdated for my country and does not allow me to bind my phone to my account. My email is also outdated and the system does not allow me to change it without my phone. There is nothing else I can do.
btw, adminisration will blame u) they don't care about that
