7.3.5 x100 Prot paladin Righteous protector not working with Hand of the Protector

Righteous Protector is Tier 7, level 100 talent.

Should also reduce the cooldown of Hand of the Protector by 3 seconds but right now, the talent does nothing.

Self/off - healing is one of the defensive and utility mechanic of Prot Paladin in PVE, according to battle.net. And that extra 3 second CD is a huge nerf on self-healing once you factor in haste. I prefer having better survivability and Seraphim and Last Defender are definitely not suitable alternatives in Tier 7 talents.

Update: Righteous protector also doesn't reduce the CD of Light of the Protector.

Please disregard thread, it works, duh!!! I forgot to add Shield of Righteousness in my rotation which is required in Righteous Protector to reduce remaining CD since I was using Seraphim before.
