My account got banned/suspended for no reason

Hello,

I stopped playing wow for few months.. And i was going to start playing again on your server but i cannot. It just saying ERROR or smth like that.
I tried reset pw but is said that email is incorrect but i can provide you email msgs that i have with donation to your server or my phone number.. I dont know what happed but it sucks :(

Is is possible to fix that ?
