SoloQ Bonuses rewards problem

Hello,

I finished 6th in soloQ last season (character Stillmatic). In the main topic I can see that SoloQ and 1v1 winners could get their rewards before the tournament. I opened a ticket in-game and the title (Gladiator) was given to me by a GM but i didn't get the bonuses. The GM that answered me told me that i should open a forum topic and that the account should have at least 1 bonus. Is there anything i need to do (I've tryed donating but there was some problem with the mobile operator i guess - playing from Bulgaria)? My account is 'agarenn'. Thank you!
