spent bonuses - no item

hello, few hours ago ive donated 100 bonuses to the server, and bought Festive Loot box on x10 character Emilija
it mightve been the problem that the server was down (which i didnt realised) that i couldnt login, and now that i managed to login the festive loot box wasnt sent to my mailbox, i wonder is there a way to resend the item, or are the bonuses permanently spent without the item... Help

1. Account, from which you've bought the loot box.
2. Nickname of character who should get the loot box.
3. Exact time of order.
4. Any screenshots confirming your order.
