I can't buy items from the site

I would like to buy some items on my characters on the 3.3.5 Fun realm, but my characters don't appear when i try to buy the items or gift them to myself.
I also have some trouble understanding the sites and rules, as they are written in Russian and i am French.

In your account(https://cp.wowcircle.com/) at the top left you need to choose the game world: WoWCircle 3.3.5 FUN

If you are giving a gift, then the character's name should be indicated with a capital letter.
