Service did not work, could not receive it

Hello, I bought 10000 gold service from the Control Panel with 369.60 balance points. However, I did not receive it and still waiting. There has been approximately 4 hours. What should I do?

EDIT2: I GOT IT AFTER ROUGHLY 5 HOURS. THE PROBLEM SOLVED.

Things arrive in the mail within 48 hours.
