Not recieved item from store

Update: I tried again to order the staff to a different char, and i haven't recieved that neither. I also brought the BOA cloth shoulders which i have not received yet.

There's no "Ryansrage" on 4.3.4 x5. And you ordered items to "Sxrilla" and "Ryy".
Check them.

You can only get refund after filling the form. You need to capture a video for this form.
Now you should restore your Ryy char via control panel and stay online for at least 20 minutes to get your item.
