Bought item for bonus points, didn't receive it.

I bought a mount for my rogue and haven't received it..

I paid 290 bonus points for it and nothing came. I think it had discount due to having vip on the account.

It's on the Cataclysm x5 server

I think i didn't receive the item because there was a rollback while i was buying it and my character was online..
