i donated to the server using my mobile i texted TXT PWA to 85019 and everything was fine BUT i didn't receive three codes and two codes didn't work it says : << provided code does not correspond to this transaction >> when the codes are new and i'm pretty sure that i didn't use them before

Unfortunately, i don't own a credit card so the only way to donate to the server is donating by using Mobile Phone ...
and as i told you before, i donated at least 3 dollars without getting any bonuses since i didn't receive three codes ( 31 bonuses X 3 ) and two codes didn't work ( 31 bonuses X 2 ) ...
So i lost 155 bonuses which equals 3 dollars.
Honestly, this is unbearable !
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET BACK MY BONUSES as soon as possible

all what i have on my personal account as personal informations is : 1/ My name 2/ My Email

but i used my mobile to donate to the server ...
All what i know that i didn't receive three codes and two fresh codes didn't work for me ...
