Bought the wrong item by mistake, please help me with refund so I could buy the right

I bought Zabra's Shadow shoulders instead of Holy shoulders

I did it like 2 days ago so please if it is possible refund the shoulders so I can buy the right one.

Hello,

I bought bonuses for 5 pounds and I bought gold from all of the bonuses I think it was arrount 18k gold, but I send to my wrong character on 3.3.5fun Realm(Aladrod),
I wanted to send to my main character name Sunnyday on 3.3.5x100 realm

It happend today, please send the gold to my 3.3.5x100 character or refund the bonus thank you.
