Can´t see my characters ingame

Hey! I cant see my chars ingame, I can see all of them on the website but not ingame. I have tried to repair and delete etc on the website but nothing works for me. I cant make a new character since i have 10+ already BUT noone of them shows ingame so instead i get error when i try to. PLS FKEN HELP. Have whisp u ingame but u wont freaking help since u fcken tell me to do something i cant do on my account. Some of my chars names is Smollet, Solsting, Bbongbbong.

Already told you that you won't log in until you delete 4 chars via control panel at the website.
