Vethir does not work

The NPC Vethir does not work properly. He does not take you to the three different points he should.

I am currently stuck at the Cry Thunder! quest because I can't get to the top of the mountain. That quest seemed to be broken some weeks ago so I decided to walk down the mountain. But I have seen people doing it so I think the quest is fine, the only problem now is to get back to the top of Throrim's Peak.

This quest is part of the main storylines that we need to get Pathfinder Part One. Please check that NPC so he may teleport us there to start the quest again.

So, it's almost a year and the quest is still bugged? xD Very disappointing...

This quest is on autocomplete.
Cancel your quest, logout, go to your folder Cache and clear it.
Go back in game, take again quest and go complete to final npc https://www.wowhead.com/npc=97074/huginn.

How do we take the quest again if we cannot go up to the mountain? Vethir should work before that.

No, I managed a way to return to the mountain (months ago, someone carried me in a double flying mount) but the quest was still bugged. And since almost nobody understands/want to understand english, and I dont know russian, it's hard for me to find a helpful hand.
