wowcircle 4.3.4 xfun/x100/x5 crossfaction

so ive heard some rumors that x100/xfun are getting crossfaction with x5 arenas/bgs in september, would like to ask if its true, also the same rumorer told me that x100/xfun will be reseted (gear/achiev/characters) which doesnt sound right considering x5 alrdy has DS/cata season gear starting to roll up, any clarification whether or not this is true?

Fun and x5 Cataclysm will be in one cross server battlegroup, also Fun realm is going to receive some reorganization.
Character transfer from Cata x100 to Cata x5 is planned, but we do not still know about the exact conditions.
