In legion quest the NPC Baraat the longshot in quest Overt ops is bugged. His location is near supposed location, but it is on building so it is unreachable.

Is the target located on the roof of the building?
yes, on the right side of the building, if whe are looking to enter building.
After restarting the game world, the NPC does not stand in its place?
No it does not. I even deleted cache folder. i think my character got bugged, since there are plenty of quests i can't finish- lots of them storyline quests.
ok another bugged Quest-
-assult and battery- NPC dread-rider malwick does not spawn (camped for over 30min)
-Dark revelations- can not finish quest
ok assult and batter is not bugged. i guess NPC takes more than 1hr to spawn
dark revelations worked now
Cant do
highmountain secrets - npc is there but when i approach it, dissapears so i cant communicate with npc and get additional quest
highmountain stands- no video sequence and i can't attack dargul
the nighmare lord- when i enter cave it doesn't count and i can't progress quest- i did it on other character, so i assume my character is bugged, not even mobs in the area wont attack me
vault of valor-mobs won't attack me and if i attack them they loose aggro really fast and go to their spot healing to full
