Banned for what reason?

Hello there
I just tried to log in my account and it says "banned (till 2025-07-03 09:34:49) слив РПБ (banned by Озай)"
First of all last few days I've been experiencing serious lag, then get automatically kicked out from BG, appear in SW, with Deserter buff. With some system message/error in yellow font about some "packages". It's this or 20-30+ sec lag where my character doesn't respond to my commands at all. Then I don't want to stay in BG for 2 reasons. 1. It will make my teammates hate me/ and report me for not playing, and 2.If I exit WoW and log in to different char there is no more lag, usually at least for some time.
I asked my friend from other country he said he had this problem with lag and getting disconnected, but apparently much less than me.
This only started happening recently, a few days ago, so I thought it is some temporary problem, or it will get fixed soon, so I kept playing like this.
I've played here long time and never been repeatedly quitting BG's. 99% of cases I stay and fight until very end.
