So whatever I do I can't get the Defensive Stance quest from anyone, so now I can't even bother to level up anymore because a tank without Defensive Stance is a useless one.

And for all the time I've wasted trying to find it etc I would appreciated if a GM could just give the ability to me.

Had to take it on the forum cause after 4 hours of waiting for my ticket I still havent gotten any help.
