This is found in Azsuna at 52,21 on top of the hill directly next to the rare spawn Cailyn Paledoom. When you click the object, it'll put you into first person mode and do a zoom across the zone toward Azurewing Repose; looking directly at Senegos. Unsure if this object is meant to do anything else or not.
