[Mysterious Egg] Oracle Reputation item deleted randomly from inventory

I had a https://www.wowhead.com/item=39878/mysterious-egg in my bags ready to hatch and when the timer was up it was randomly deleted an hour ago or so. I didn't make a mistake. It was randomly deleted from my bags. I had 2 mysterious eggs before that worked with no issues but this one when it was ready was randomly removed from my inventory after i finished a battleground. I tried deleting cache and restarted game etc etc. It's gone and I waited three days for it. Can this be refunded to my account? Thanks in advance
