Account banned

Hello, I've been playing on WowCircle for several months now, and yesterday my account was blocked. It says that I was banned for using bots. However, I have never used bots and it seems to me that the system flagged me for a violation that I did not commit. Please check my account. Thank you.

Evidence: I've never used a 3rd party software while playing in wowcircle, I only use addons that I have installed and I've used macros only once or twice. I am in the english guild cookie cartel. I have provided screenshots for the circumstances and that I am the owner of the account by showing the character log.
