Body guard (combat ally) not spawning

I've already assigned "Akama" as combat ally for my demon hunter via mission table in class hall.

The action gave me a summon button which I placed on my action bar.

I tried the button on Suramar but Akama did not appear, I also tried it on Broken Shore, Dalaran, did not appear either. :(

It's a relatively new account. It's a fresh demon hunter but at level 110, ilvl 910. What seems to be wrong??

I've already seen a few players with class hall bodyguards running around with them in Dalaran, one is a Demon hunter. But they're very very few, it seems the vast majority of players have no idea abou it. Tried to ask but they couldn't seem to understand me. I'm sure it's a class hall bodyguard, it's same size as them and gobs of health.

I can assign and summon "Matron Malevolence" as combat ally but she's not a bodyguard so I can only use her abilities but NOT follow me around, she disappears as soon as she's done with the ability.

Thanks for any help or giving me pointers what to do.

I'm also trying to unlock "Lady S'Theno" but the quest objectives seem "zoned out".

Is this really bugged and I should give up or is there anything I need to do first?

Chain starts from An https://www.wowhead.com/quest=46159/an-urgent-message quest that can be picked up from as you entered to the Fel Hammer.

Good News.... I assigned Kayn Sunfury as bodyguard and he appeared randomly, helped me kill something and then vanished again. Sometimes, he doesn't appear at all. Seems like a random proc.

I suppose, Lady S'theno can be summoned or dismissed at anytime and is so much better.

[Champions of Legionhall] seems to be the requirement for [An Urgent Message"]

Unfortunately, the quest chain is broken at one point somewhere along [Champions of Legionhall].

I also don't get why the class hall for Demon Hunter doesn't show the console when my achievements confirm I have already completed the class hall achievement. Not sure how to solve this. I tried fixing error of my character in the website, did not work. So frustrating!

Also, I've never seen any demon hunter so far with [Lady S'theno] guardian.

It also turns out I still cannot summon a bodyguard combat ally. Kayn Sunfury is not a bodyguard but makes random appearance. It works but not really useful.

Also when I assign a bodyguard combat ally like Belath dawnblade at the class hall, I get an error message: "Spell not available to you". The summon button still does not work anywhere in the Broken Isles

So it looks like I have two major problems. I can't seem to summon any of my bodyguards and quest to unlock Lady S'thena is broken somewhere. :(

I've had lots of patience so far. I managed to unlock flying in broken isles without asking for help here nor contacting GM. But this issue, I cant seem to google the answer.

Could GM intervene to fix this?? I really have no idea how to contact them. I can't read Russian.

Alas, GM has no rights to any team in the game.

I also found out the other players who got a follower summoned isn't a bodyguard, they were only for missions.

So as of now, I have never seen any player who actually got a summoned bodyguard combat ally yet, none. Would be nice if anyone can give a guide. There's lots of "dead zones" in the class hall quest lines. I have the same problem in my pally as well, cannot summon the bodyguard ally either even with the summon button.

Would be very useful in broken isles. I spend most my time in broken isles these days farming for legendaries. Most of my gear is already 910+ and really hate WQ'ing in Argus (no flying). Very hard to find raid in the off hours so all I can do is WQing in Broken Isles.

Really rooting for Lady S'theno for the 100% haste buff and extra damage. One of the best guardians in the game I read. Would be a very sad thing for me if I can't unlock this.

I've completed these quests under "Breaching the Tomb" achievement

-Armies of Legionfall
-Assault on Broken Shore
-Begin Construction
-Aalgen Point
-Vengeance Point

Currently stuck here in the Breaching the Tomb quest line:

-Defending Broken Isles - I have completed all the required quests for this but Maiev Shadowsong is not giving me the quest :(

I think this is required to start the Champions of Legionfall which will unlock the quest for Lady S'theno but no quest from Maiev :(
