Can't conect error BLZ51900002

Help! When i try to login, after a long time "Conecting", appers a message YOU ARE DISCONNECT BLZ51900002.

The site order us to do:

If during logging or choosing a realm you get "You were disconnected" message - turn off your client, wait for about 1-2 minutes and try again. If you try to log in much times in a row your IP can be blocked for 15-20 minutes so you should avoid nonstop logging.

I tried so many times and i still can't connect. I downloaded the full client of wowcircle, and nothing... Tried compaptibilty mode, adm exec and nothing

Reboot network equipment and PC. If you don’t log in, at the command prompt, run ipconfig / flushdns.
If this does not help, either wait or use a proxy.
