[Cata] Wrongful Banning of account (2)

Hi,

My previous topic has been closed - can't post the requested info there, so I'm making a new topic.

My account has been banned while I was just playing and leveling mining - ***I don't use any cheats***
Your anticheat system in control panel says I was banned because of fly hack. Why would I use fly hack in deepholm while mining - doesnt make sense.

I was trying to get to a node with some rock overhead and then the wow client froze, screen went black and the server kicked me. When I tried to log back in it said account temporarily suspended.

Ban time: this morning 2:30 'ish

Ban reason(according to control panel): Fly hack.

***I don't use any cheats !!!***

This is obviously some kind of error in the anticheat system, I would really like some help to get my account unbanned.
I'm in lockdown and without my daily wow fix, I might go mad ;)
