2) Не защитываються критерии для достижения которые должны защитатся вне зависимости от остальных при убийстве Босса. Нам например не защитало Пункт критерий для https://cata.wowroad.info/?spell=98884 и https://cata.wowroad.info/?spell=99335 , а только для https://cata.wowroad.info/?spell=99427 . Естественно никто не полутал урон от Локального возгорания или от Изрыгания лавы. Можете посмотреть по скринам внизу что никто не получал урона от https://cata.wowroad.info/?npc=53896 , при абилке моба https://cata.wowroad.info/?spell=98868 , и тем более ни у кого нету полученного урона от https://cata.wowroad.info/?npc=53520 . Все критерии для ачивы могут быть не в одном бою, и должны защитаться при разных убийств босса при выполнении критериев. Но у нас почему-то защитало https://cata.wowroad.info/?spell=99427 только, и ничего больше.

Since Wowhead is only showing "Alysrazor slain" 4 times...
This achievement looks like it's based on the Mimiron achievement Set Up Us the Bomb, which could be done in multiple parts, meaning that one week your raiders could focus on not getting hit by Brushfires, Clouds and Lava Spews, and the next week you strictly avoid the Vortexes.
Also the achievement criteria counts for each raidmember. So following the example above, if someone is not able to raid the second week, where you avoid the Vortexes, he still has completed the 3 other criteria and so it is possible for him to get another raid in which every raidmember avoids the Vortexes and so he still gets his achievement.
