Buenas, acudo a vosotros porque estoy desesperado y no se que hacer ni dónde escribir. Tengo mi cuenta desde el 2015 y en ella conseguí casi todo el tier colérico y el santificado además de multitud de cosas. Deje de jugar y cuando volví inicie sesión y me pidió que cambiara mi personaje de nombre, antes se llamaba Robusdack y cuando entro me volvió a dar el logro de nivel 80 entre otras cosas.
Mi sorpresa es que al entrar lo he perdido absolutamente todo y lo único que tenía eran en la mochila algunas piezas y mi arma, como creía que era un fallo reinicie la cuenta y ya no tenía nada, lo he perdido todo... estoy desesperado porque son muchas horas para conseguirlo de nuevo y no se que hacer. Voy a adjuntar las capturas de cuando entre la última vez no tng fotos de todo lo que tenía pero con ver que tenía esas piezas se sobreentiende que tenía todo el set... Por favor necesito ayuda para recuperar mis cosas.

Я перестал играть на 1 год, а когда вернулся, вошел в игру, и она попросила меня изменить имя персонажа, до этого он назывался Robusdack, и когда я вошел в игру, она снова дала мне достижение 80-го уровня среди прочих вещей.
Меня удивляет то, что когда я вошел в игру, я потерял абсолютно все, и единственное, что у меня было в рюкзаке, это несколько частей и мое оружие, так как я думал, что это ошибка, я перезапустил аккаунт и у меня ничего не было, я потерял все... Я в отчаянии, потому что есть много часов, чтобы все вернуть, и я не знаю, что делать. Я собираюсь приложить скриншоты, когда я входил в систему в последний раз, у меня нет фотографий всего, что у меня было, но просто увидев, что у меня были эти части, можно понять, что у меня был весь набор..... Пожалуйста, мне нужна помощь, чтобы вернуть мои вещи.
